first: Scope of implementation of central gas network extension works

second: Implementation mechanism
After agreeing and contracting with the company, the site concerned with implementation is visited, whether it is a residential building such as villas, plots, kitchens or restaurants. The location of the gas points is agreed upon with the owner, and our specialized technicians extend the central gas pipe network. We use certified pipes manufactured from stainless steel (black steel), and they are treated to resist rust. We also paint them from the outside with an insulating material for protection, then wrap them with an insulating tape. The pipes are connected and assembled using a set of accessories, elbows and tees specially designed for central gas extensions, which are not affected whether they are used in exposed places or extended under ceramics or walls. These pipes are characterized by high thickness and density, which makes them able to withstand pressure up to 80 bars. We also use the best types of Italian-made valves and copper valves to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in the implementation of our projects.
third: Checking the extensions with air pressure
After completing the pipe extension stage and installing and welding the necessary elbows, tees and accessories needed to assemble and connect the pipes, the pipe extensions are checked with air pressure, where the pressure force reaches 10 bar. Air pressure gauges are also installed to monitor the pressure force, commonly known as “hours” or “meters”.
fourth: Safety and security devices
Safety devices provide more security and safety inside homes, as they are installed inside kitchens and in places where cylinder points are collected.
Safety and safety devices come in two pieces: the first piece is the gas leak detector (alarm), and the second piece is the automatic gas leakage interrupter.
The gas detector is connected directly to electricity, and when it senses a gas leak, it sends a signal to the gas stopper connected to the gas cylinder to close and cut off the gas automatically.
